Another great morning on the trails was had by all those who joined us for LTR72 this morning. The enthusiastic group all arrived at the meeting point in Worsthorne in good time and eager to explore nature's gym. The intricate route headed out through Hurstwood, passing Hurstwood Hall and the scenic Hurstwood Reservoir. The route took in parts of the Pennine Bridleway and some challenging gradients before descending past the Swinden and Green Lee Reservoirs and following some fantastic, although quite technical trails, through Houghton Hag woods. All the runners enjoyed the 15km route and several stayed for post run refreshments at the quaint little Number 11 Tea Rooms in Worsthorne. A number of today's runners have already booked on and are looking forward to our next Regular, LTR73, on May 20th from Whitworth, which is sure to be another great morning on the trails. #Run4Fun
