FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Which group run should I book on?
A: We ask all LTR first timers to join an Intro or a Taster run before potentially booking onto a full Regular run. It's imperative that all those who book onto an LTR group run have read and understood the fitness requirements and event description. There is a responsibility on them to arrive in good health ready to run appropriate to the prescribed intensity of the group, whether it be an 'Intro' (Novice), 'Taster' (Intermediate) or 'Regular' (Experienced). Prior to the run, we ask runners to take responsibility to clarify they meet the fitness requirement.
Q: Am I allowed to take my own photos of the runs?
A: Due to our health and safety requirement we ask runners to only take photos at appropriate times clarified by the LTR guides.
Q: How do I book my place on an LTR event?

Q: Do I need to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A: We do not require you to print your ticket and bring it with you. However we do request you have a copy available on your mobile phone.
Q: Is there an age limit to book onto the event?
A: All runners must be aged 18 or over, except in the case of any runner aged 16-17 - they must have a parent/guardian running with them.
Q: Are there ID requirements?
A: ID may be required if it's your first run with us.
Q: What if I can't make it on the day?
A: You are under no obligation to let us know but we do appreciate it if you do.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds.
Q: Can I get a transfer?
A: You may be eligible for a transfer depending on the ticket you purchased.
'Early Bird' tickets can only be transferred for up to two weeks from the date of purchase and the transfer must be to a single event of the same or less value taking place within 6 months from original date of purchase.
’Run For Fun’ tickets can be transferred to a single event of the same or less value taking place within 6 months from date of purchase providing you request the transfer a minimum of 72hrs before the event.
50/50 tickets are non-transferable.
Series tickets are non-transferable.
Q: What if I'm going to be late?
Please call one of our guides to inform them and they will decide if the group can wait for you or not. Depending on the location this may not be possible due to signal restrictions.

Q: What can't I bring to the LTR?
A: Please leave all ego's at home - LTR operate in a non-competitive environment. We also insist runners do not wear headphones, it's important any verbal cues given can be clearly heard, and as much as we love them ourselves, we do not allow dogs on the LTRs.
Q: What if I get injured?
A: Each lead guide is a qualified Outdoor First Aider and will have a medical kit and an emergency action plan to utilise if such a situation arises.
Q: What's the maximum number of runners on a LTR?
A: The total number of runners (not including guides) will not exceed 20 per lead guide. We operate on a first come first served basis via Eventbrite. When a run becomes fully booked you can join a waiting list, we will subsequently contact you if a ticket becomes available.
Q: How will I know if a LTR has been cancelled?
A: If for example, the weather is very severe or an unforeseen circumstance arises, then the run may get cancelled last minute. Where possible you may receive a phone call or an email (via Eventbrite) so if you're unsure whether the run's going ahead we urge you to double check your emails before you leave. If we have to cancel a run you will be given an appropriate transfer. To date we have not cancelled a run due to weather.
Q: Do I get a refund if an event is cancelled?
A: If an event is unfortunately cancelled a refund will be issued but please note that Eventbrite charge a small administrative fee.

A: Post run we add the appropriate points to our Loyalty Points table - you can view it HERE.
