'Regular' - Is it for me? Although these events are great fun and social, to book onto a 'Regular', it's important you are a confident, conditioned and experienced trail runner, comfortable running hilly, technical routes, within a group and at a pace set by the lead guide. Other than when we stop for refreshments, you can expect to be on the move throughout. We kindly advise those unsure whether they'd be able to manage a Regular to book onto one of our 10km Tasters first.
